DR WILLIAM TAN sit on his wheel chair row on the thread mill ... for 24 hrs ... those who wanna show yr support , can run beside him on the thread mill ... hor sei ... veronica's florist contribute flower for charity , as a florist , i should run hahaha , nb , eraly morning go work early , actually wanna run 1 km , reach there , the guy told me cannot cos no one running for 10.45 to 11 , knn then ask me run from 10.30 to 11 ... LL ! cannot lose face , alot of ppl see , start running , cb , strait times photographer took picture , donno go took my face anot ... after run finish for nono stop 30mins .. hmmm ard 5km ... walk down .. cb feel giddy ... lucky nv faint , if not very pai sei de !!! not bad la , after doing some charity , ownself feel quite happy also ... if he can do it , y cant we ? i must follow his example ... u r my hero

saturday ... boring la , sit 156 in the afternoon ... then northpoint walk walk then back to 156 again ... chey , off day like that leh.then go hm relax , going slp liao , rudy call , say got problem , ok la , go down find him n KY go MU drink , nb 1 jug 43 leh ... knn , siao ... theirs i think made of real tiger , squeeze from tiger breast !my dear rudy ... he very hungry , keep on popping peanuts into his mouth , doesnt know ash-tray beside his peanuts bowl , took the cigarette butt n throw into his mouth , some more chew it ... wtf ... sunday leh . working again lor , saw the article abt joan . she is really a strong gal .. i must salute plus high-pod her ... onlyskindeep.blogspot.com ... she is a 20 yrs old gal who had cancer , but she nv gave up , fighting all the way up ... wish u all the best , get well soon ... i know u can make it ...
